Shipping and Handling criteria for United States:
Most items available at The Toyz are $2 dollars for the first item and only $1 dollar per additional item for US customers. We do however have some items that are heavier that require additional postage and/or handling charges such as car and truck kits. Most packages are mailed with first class service via the United States Post Office unless the package weighs more then 13oz and then it will be sent priority mail. When you are completing the end of checkout you will see optional shipping upgrades such as priority, express and insurance that will be an additional amount added to the base fees for per item shipping.

Most packages are mailed first class international mail via the United States Post Office which is the cheapest way to mail internationally but does not offer tracking or insurance for your package. Please understand that international packages will take longer then US mail as the custom's process tends to slow the shipping time. When you are completing the end of checkout you will see a optional shipping upgrades such as priority, express and insurance that will provide tracking number's if you wish to track your package but will be an additional amount added to the base fees for per item shipping.
Italian Customer Policy:
Due to problems with the Italian postal and custom services we are no longer accepting orders or shipping items to Italy.
Return Policy :
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase on goods that are in
original unopened packaging. If we currently have the product in stock
we will mail you a new one and if we are out of stock we will give you store
credit or refund. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all items unless the
item is defective and unused; in which case we will replace it, offer store credit
or refund after it has been mailed back to us as per policy.
Damaged Shipments :
If you receive a damaged shipment or suspect a shipment is damaged,
please notify the carrier (USPS) and TheToyz.com immediately.
IMPORTANT: Before a carrier will process any claim for damaged
merchandise, it's representative will need to inspect the merchandise and
the shipping carton. DO NOT DISCARD OR DESTROY ANY SHIPPING
CARTONS OR PACKAGING MATERIALS!
USA Shipping :
Most packages are shipped within 24 hours of payment unless payment
is received on a weekend or a holiday in which case packages will be mailed
next available mailing date. All packages are shipped First Class mail through
the USPS and should arrive within 2-9 business days. Other shipping options
are available for additional cost.
Worldwide Shipping :
Most packages are shipped within 24 hours of payment unless payment is received
on a weekend or holiday in which case packages will be mailed next available mailing
date. All packages are shipped First Class mail through the USPS and should arrive
between 5-15 business days depending on customs and the time of year. Please
understand that international shipping isn't as fast as shipping in the States.
Customs & Duties :
Please do not ask us to under value or mark your items as a gift as it is against the law.
We cannot be responsible for taxes that may be assessed from your customs office.
Shipments Tracking Information :
You should receive a e-mail from TheToyz.com informing you that your package was shipped.
If you are located in the USA you will get a e-mail from paypal that will give you a delivery
confirmation number. This is not a tracking number. This only confirms when your package is delivered.
We do not provide tracking information as it is not an option with our online shipping service.
